These activities combat loneliness and social isolation, are a moment of sharing experiences and knowledge, of learning, promote physical, mental and emotional well-being, and reinforce the sense of community, identity and belonging.
We intend to create socializing activities among the various groups of our Mind Academies and other groups, as well as involve them in community initiatives.

Senior Dance Exchanges
These exchanges consist of receiving Senior Dance Groups and, the following year, visiting these groups.
In addition to dancing, we visit historical sites, participate in cultural activities, appreciate the landscapes and nature, and delight in the typical gastronomy.

Celebration of World Dance Day
World Dance Day, celebrated on April 29, was instituted in 1982 by the International Council of Dance (CID), an entity created by the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO). This date was chosen to commemorate the birth of the French choreographer Jean-Georges Noverre, one of the pioneers of modern dance, making it a moment to celebrate the art of movement.
On the Saturday closest to this date, we also celebrate dance by bringing together the Senior Dance Groups and/or other groups and dance styles.

Anniversary celebration of the Mind Academies
In October, we bring together all the Mind Academies again to celebrate their anniversary, thus providing an excuse to socialize with other groups and people, as well as challenge our minds with new experiences.
Activities in the Community
In accordance with the dynamics of the various communities where we are, we participate in a variety of activities.
