Erasmus+

From August 2022 to January 2024, we developed the project “Learning + with Europe” under the Erasmus + program, Key Action 1 – individual mobility for learning purposes.

This project allowed all employees Human Coop, Crl to undertake at least one mobility experience and have the opportunity to participate in a professional development course and/or a job shadowing.

The training undertaken by the employees of Human Coop, Crl had an impact on the services provided, with students expressing higher satisfaction with the services and the creation of new services and/or projects.

The Jobshadowing promoted the observation of new perspectives on active aging interventions and the functioning of various direct care services for people with dementia (personal autonomy promotion, residential care, day centers, and night centers), as well as intervention with their families, caregivers and organizations. This allowed for the exploration of best practices and the analysis of the potential for their implementation in our context.

Objectives of Learning + with Europe

Contribute to the update, improvement and deepening of the skills and practises of Human Coop, Crl employees;

Provide high-quality and innovative specialized services for active and healthy aging and intervention by dementia intervention;

Deliver quality services and activities tailored to out students’ needs, provided by skilled and specialized professionals;

Ensure our students have undeniable access to fundamental rights, as referred to in the Charter of Fundamental Rihts of the EU, Title III. Equality, Article 25 - The Rights of the Elderly: The Union recognizes and respects the right of elderly people to live a life of dignity and independence and to participate in social and cultural life;

Develop new services for people with dementia that address their needs;

Improve our performance in joint projects with European partners, as well as in our internal projects.

Activities carried out

Participation in training courses and Jobshadowing in the areas of:

Active ageing;

Promotion of mental health and dementia prevention;

Intervention in dementia;

Project management.

Participants selection

The selection process will be carried out by the 3 cooperatives of Human Coop in a meeting designated for this purpose.

The selection criteria for participants will be their professional profile, the interest and motivation of the participants and equal opportunities.
